Grilled tomatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 yellow tomatoes
  • 3 red tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. l white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 sprigs of basil
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp tablespoons of salt

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Cut the tomatoes in half. String the halves of tomatoes on skewers, alternating colors. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and brush on all sides with olive oil.

Step 2

Put skewers with tomatoes over hot coals and fry for 7-10 minutes, often turning. Remove from heat and transfer to dish.

Step 3

Finely chop the basil leaves. Mix 2 tbsp. l olive oil, vinegar and basil and pour hot tomatoes.
