First make the sauce. Heat the oil in a pan, put the cherry tomatoes cut in half and fry them for 5 minutes. Add oregano and hot pepper, warm all together, 3 min.
Then put in a blender, chop, rub through a sieve. Mix with tomato pulp and cream, let it brew for 15 minutes, then add a pinch of salt and warm, stirring, over medium heat until thickened.
Cut vegetables into large strips, onions – feathers, put in a bowl. Add 5 tbsp. l olive oil, 1-2 chopped cloves of garlic and a pinch of salt, mix.
Preheat the grill, put strips of vegetables on it and fry for 1 min. from each side; put on a dish.
Cut the bread into slices, cut the crusts, sprinkle with oil, put on the grill, fry, grate with a clove of garlic; put on the same dish as vegetables. Serve with the sauce.
