INGREDIENTS

  • Bulgarian pepper – 3 amount
  • unrefined sunflower oil – 2-3 tbsp. l
  • 2 eggplant
  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 small tomatoes
  • Soy Sauce Kikkoman
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Cilantro – a bunch
  • salt, pepper – to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Pour soy sauce into the peppers through small holes

Wash the vegetables. Peel the onion, cut into 4 parts. Finely chop the cilantro, mix with garlic. Make small holes in peppers and pour a small amount of Kikkoman soy sauce inside.

Step 2

Put the prepared vegetables on a grill, grill over charcoal until cooked

Put the vegetables on a special grill for vegetables and grill over charcoal until tender – about 20-30 minutes, periodically turning over.

Step 3

Cut ready vegetables, add greens and soy sauce, serve.

Peel the prepared vegetables, cut through with a knife, add sunflower oil, cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper, Kikkoman soy sauce. All move.

Serve with meat, fish or as a separate dish.
