  • Chicken fillet Petelinka – 700 g
  • Mineral aerated – 1 glass
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce – 2 tsp.
  • Onion – 1 medium head
  • Garlic – 4 cloves
  • Spices to taste


Step 1

Cooking ingredients for a juicy kebab

Peel the garlic and onions. Cut the onion into rings.

Cut the chicken into large cubes

We cut the fillet into large cubes so as not to fall off the skewer. Put the sliced ​​slices in a deep bowl.
