- Chicken fillet Petelinka – 700 g
- Mineral aerated – 1 glass
- Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
- Soy sauce – 2 tsp.
- Onion – 1 medium head
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Spices to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Peel the garlic and onions. Cut the onion into rings.
We cut the fillet into large cubes so as not to fall off the skewer. Put the sliced slices in a deep bowl.
Put mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce, spices in a plate, squeeze garlic, mix everything well!
In a bowl with fillet, we add the onion and pour the prepared mixture.
Pour mineral water and mix well!
We put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Put fillets on skewers, without onions.
In a preheated oven up to 200 degrees, put the onions on the wire rack, and on the skewers filet onions and leave each side to cook for 15 minutes!
Our kebab is ready and it turned out very juicy and tender!
