Kebab liver skewers with vegetables and Kikkoman dip-marinade

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade until the honey is completely dissolved. Pour the peeled chicken liver with marinade, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Remove the chicken liver from the marinade, dry slightly. String on wooden skewers-brooches pre-soaked in water interspersed with sliced zucchini slices across and slices of white roots of green onions.

Pour a little marinade, pour the rest of the marinade into a small saucepan. Put the stewpan with marinade on a fire, boil over low heat for 6-8 minutes, until it slightly thickens and leave to cool.

Sauté the broccoli with liver and vegetables over low heat for 7–10 minutes, often turning and greasing with the stored marinade.

Serve with fresh vegetable salad and Kikkoman dip dip sauce.

Mistress note

The main thing in this recipe is not what is strung on skewers, but the composition of the marinade. Similarly, you can cook chicken hearts, pieces of chicken breast, shrimp, mushrooms in bacon, etc. A boiled marinade turns into a spicy dip sauce, which is good for fried pork, cold boiled lamb, and cold boiled or fried beef and pork tongues. Therefore, it is necessary to cook it more, in the refrigerator it can stand for up to two weeks. Other vegetables, for example, cherry tomatoes, as well as small champignons, can also be strung on brooches with chicken hearts, but sweet pepper will not work – it will not have time to fry.
