My meat, cut into portions. Add soy sauce, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper to the meat. Mix everything thoroughly and remove overnight.
We prepare marinade, for this we add salt, pepper, spices and vinegar to the boiling water (proportions – to your taste). Cool the marinade.
Peel onions and peppers, wash all the vegetables. We cut tomatoes into 4 parts, onions into large half rings, and pepper into large pieces.
Pour vegetables with a chilled marinade and leave it in the refrigerator for the night too.
Meat marinated in soy sauce and pickled vegetables are strung alternately on skewers and grilled over charcoal!
