For marinade, crush, peel and chop the garlic. Combine the garlic with tomato puree, paprika and allspice. Add some salt and vegetable oil.
Cut the turkey fillet into cubes with a side of 3 cm. Put the meat in the marinade and mix thoroughly, rubbing the marinade into the meat (it is better to do this with gloves – the paprika is colored). Tighten the meat with a film and leave to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature or for 6-8 hours in the refrigerator. In the latter case, bring the meat to room temperature before cooking.
Preheat the oven (preferably in convection mode) to 180 ° C. Peel the apple, cut lengthwise into quarters, remove the core and cut the pulp across into thin slices.
Cut each strip of bacon across in half. Pick the rosemary in small pieces, removing the hard stem.
Dry the marinated meat slightly with paper towels, put a slice of apple and a piece of rosemary on each piece. Wrap in bacon and place on a baking sheet covered with foil so that the apple and rosemary are on top.
Bake in a hot oven until brownish and turkey cooked, about 12 minutes. If you are not sure that the bacon is holding well, pierce each bite with a toothpick and serve with tomato sauce.
