INGREDIENTS

  • 3 green apples
  • salt
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 200 g turkey fillet
  • 50 g olive oil
  • sugar – 1 tablespoon

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Cut the turkey into medium-sized cubes, season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Coarsely chop the apples, put in a bowl, mix with sugar and cloves, put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Step 3

String the turkey on a skewer, alternating with apple slices, grease with oil.

Step 4

Fry on a very hot grill, 5-8 minutes from each side. Submit immediately.
