INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g peeled shrimp
  • 150 g of orange jam or marmalade
  • lemon juice
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • 700 g chicken breast fillet
  • 200 g of orange jam or marmalade
  • 2 tbsp. l sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • salt
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet diagonally into thin long strips. String onto wooden skewers and lay in a wide bowl.

Step 2

String on skewers by 2-3 shrimp and put in another bowl.

Step 3

Melt the marmalade in a water bath, add lemon juice, soy sauce, oil, chopped garlic, salt, pepper. Pour the skewers with the marinade obtained. Cover with a film and leave for 2 hours.

Step 4

Place the kebabs on a greased grill or grill and bake until cooked. Serve with homemade mayonnaise by adding a pinch of curry and banana puree.
