Kebabs with shrimps, zucchini and cherry, step by step recipe with photo

These kebabs are a kind of game in real country kebabs. Only in a lighter version – at home and from shrimp. Such a game will definitely appeal to children. They will gladly eat a couple of such kebabs, and then they will also ask to repeat the “home picnic”.

Kebabs with shrimp, zucchini and cherry


  • 10 king prawns
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini

For marinade:

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 4 tbsp. l olive oil
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • salt


Step 1

Soak wooden skewers in water for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Peel the shrimp, cut along and remove the intestinal vein. Wash the vegetables. Cut zucchini into circles 1 cm thick.

Step 3

On skewers string two shrimps, two slices of zucchini and two tomatoes.

Step 4

Cook the marinade. Grind garlic, rosemary and oregano in a mortar. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Apply the mixture to shrimp and vegetables.

Step 5

Heat the grill pan, put a portion of kebabs and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Grease the marinade periodically during frying. Serve hot.
