STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Everything is brilliantly simple. Soak the lamb in Teriyaki marinade sauce for half an hour. We put on skewers, alternating with mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, carrots and sweet peppers.

In the cooking process, the kebab can be poured over the marinade once more to get a richer taste.
