Lamb kebab

INGREDIENTS

  • lamb saddle 200 g
  • smoked vegetable oil 20 g
  • smoked red adjika 5 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Cut the meat into pieces weighing 50 g and slightly salted.

Step 2

Grease with aromatic oil.

Step 3

Put meat on a previously prepared barbecue and fry for 6 minutes.

Step 4

Lubricate the meat with adjika and fry for another 2 minutes.

Step 5

Put meat on grape leaves and garnish with pomegranate seeds and onions.
