  • eggplant – 1 pc.
  • zucchini – 1 pc.
  • soy sauce – 2 tbsp. l
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp. l
  • honey – 1/2 tsp
  • lemon (juice) – 1/2 pcs.
  • ground pepper – 1/2 tsp.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

We prepare the necessary ingredients for lean kebab

Mushrooms and vegetables, my legs cut mushrooms. We cut vegetables in circles 1-1.5 cm thick.

Step 2

Making marinade for lean kebab

We combine all the ingredients for the marinade. Pour mushrooms with vegetables with marinade and leave to marinate for 2 or more hours.

Step 3

We form a lean kebab

Soak wooden skewers in water for half an hour and put on our skewers.

Step 4

Fry lean kebab

We grill on charcoal or in the oven on the grill for 30-40 minutes. Delicious and juicy kebab is ready. Bon Appetit!
