- 250 g of thick natural yogurt
- 4 cm fresh ginger root
- 1 tbsp. l curry powder
- 0.5 tbsp. l salt and freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Peel and grate, add to yogurt. Mix the resulting mixture with curry powder.
Rub the meat with salt and pepper, put in the marinade, cover and marinate from 2 hours at room temperature to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
