Marinade for barbecue on yogurt, step by step recipe with photo

One and the same meat acquires a completely different taste when placed in different marinades. Experiment, try, invent your own recipes!

Yogurt Marinade


  • 250 g of thick natural yogurt
  • 4 cm fresh ginger root
  • 1 tbsp. l curry powder
  • 0.5 tbsp. l salt and freshly ground black pepper


Step 1

Peel and grate, add to yogurt. Mix the resulting mixture with curry powder.

Step 2

Rub the meat with salt and pepper, put in the marinade, cover and marinate from 2 hours at room temperature to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
