Marinade for barbecue with Provencal herbs, step by step recipe with photo

One and the same meat acquires a completely different taste when placed in different marinades. Experiment, try, invent your own recipes!

Provencal herbs marinade

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 cm fresh ginger root
  • 120 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. l dry provence herbs
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 0.5 tbsp. l salt and freshly ground black pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Finely chop the tomato and peeled ginger. Pour 2 tbsp into the pan. l oils, put olive herbs, garlic and tomato. Warm, stirring, 5 minutes. Cool.

Step 2

Mix the mass from the pan with the remaining oil. Rub the meat with salt and pepper, put in the marinade, cover and marinate from 2 hours at room temperature to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
