INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken fillet – 3 pcs.
  • Cilantro – 1 sprig
  • Honey – 1 spoon
  • Kiwi – 1 slice
  • Soy sauce – 1 spoon
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
  • Salt
  • Pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Wash the chicken fillet well and pat dry. Dice.

In a small container, mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Pour the fillet and let it brew in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

String the skewers on skewers and fry in a dry pan for 5 minutes over medium heat. Serve with salad or arugula and sweet and sour sauce, as well as cold champagne.
