Mini kebabs


  • 24 large raw prawns
  • 600 g chicken hearts
  • 600 g turkey thigh filet
  • any sauce to your taste

For marinade:

  • 5 cm fresh ginger root
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 100 ml of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil


Step 1

Peel the shrimp off the shell, leaving the tails. Cut the back in the center, remove the dark intestinal vein.

Step 2

Cut the vessels of chicken hearts, very easily cut the surface of the hearts to a depth of 1-2 mm.

Step 3

Cut the turkey thigh fillet into pieces of the same size as the hearts.

Step 4

For marinade, peel ginger and garlic, grate on the smallest
grater, mix with all other ingredients. Marinate hearts, thighs and shrimps in the resulting mixture for at least 20 minutes,

Step 5

Before cooking, preheat the oven (preferably with a grill) to 200 ° C.
Place the wire rack on the pan, string the kebabs on the skewers, place on the wire rack and bake for 5 to 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauces to choose from.
