I want to offer non-traditional barbecue with a side dish to the New Year’s table. Moreover, the side dish is baked with meat on the grill.
- Steamed Pork – 500 g
- Zucchini or zucchini – 4 pcs.
- Vegetable oil to taste
- Ground paprika, Vegeta seasoning – 1-2 tsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers – 8 pcs.
- Greens (better dill) for decoration
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Soak skewers in cold water for 20 minutes.
Wash the zucchini, peel, cut into large circles.
Wash the meat and cut into round medallions.
Zucchini and pork marinated together in a separate bowl in a mixture of vegetable oil, ground paprika, salt, pepper and of course Vegeta. Leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes.
Next – put on each skewer alternately – a piece of zucchini, a piece of pork. Bake on the grill or in the barbecue until cooked.
When the dish is ready, put it on a dish directly on skewers and sprinkle with chopped dill for flavor.
