  • 4 large tomatoes
  • lemon (zest, juice)

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

1. Rinse the shrimp under cold running water, remove the head. With scissors or a small knife, cut the carapace on the back of each shrimp to the tail. Spread the meat and remove the dark intestinal muscle.
This must be done if you cook large king prawns. The shell of medium-sized shrimp is also better to notch – then they are pickled more evenly.
2. Fold the shrimp in a bowl, pour the marinade. Cover with cling film and leave for 1 hour.
3. Wash the tomatoes and lemons. Cut the tomatoes in half, cut the lemons into circles 1 cm thick. Lay on the grill with shrimps and fry until cooked.
