Pork and chicken skewers with soy sauce marinade

INGREDIENTS

  • Pork – 500 g
  • Chicken (thigh) – 500 g
  • Kikkoman Soy Sauce – 30 ml
  • Olive Oil – 70 ml
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Onion – 2 onions
  • Garlic – 4-5 cloves (to taste)
  • Coarse salt to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper – to taste
  • Spices (rosemary, thyme, oregano) – to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Cut the pork into small flat pieces, cut the chicken thigh in half if large. Rub with salt and put in a large bowl.

Peel the onion and cut into rings. Peel and chop the garlic. Add onions and garlic to the meat.

Add spices to the meat. Mix well.

Make the marinade. To do this, mix olive oil, Kikkoman soy sauce and squeezed lemon juice in a bowl. Beat mixture lightly with a fork.

Pour the marinade over the meat, mix well. Cover the meat with a plate, put oppression on top so that the meat is better saturated.

Put the meat in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Grill the meat until cooked.

Serve with fresh vegetables, fried pickled onions.
