Pork and potato skewers

Wash the potatoes, dip in boiling salted water. Cook for 10 minutes. Discard in a colander. Wash the pork, cut into 3 cm cubes. Take the rosemary into leaves. String pieces of potato and pork into 8 small skewers.

Combine rosemary leaves, lemon juice and vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grease kebabs with marinade. Fry in a very hot pan or grill, for 8 minutes. from each side. Put on a dish. Can be served with lemons, cut into quarters.
