I want to share an unusual recipe for marinade for meat. The meat is pickled in a vegetable marinade. It turns out tasty, not usual, not familiar and not for everybody.
- pork – 1 kg
- tomato – 300 g
- onions – 1 pc.
- Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
- dill – 50 g
- mustard – 1 tsp.
- ground pepper – 1/2 tsp.
- salt – 1 tsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Wash the meat and cut into small pieces.
We twist all the vegetables into a meat grinder, add chopped dill, mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the meat with marinade and leave for several hours.
Dress meat on a skewer and fry over hot coals.
Shish kebab in a vegetable marinade is ready.
