Pork kebab in onion and airan marinade

INGREDIENTS

  • pork neck 2 kg
  • onion 1.5 kg
  • salt 5 pinch
  • a mixture of peppers (ground) 2-3 pinch
  • Ayran (Tan) 1.5 L

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Sprinkle with salt, mash so that the juice stands out.

Step 2

Cut the meat in portions, mix with onions, pour ayran and put marinate in the refrigerator overnight (preferably for a day).

Step 3

Let the charcoal burn out until it is covered with ash. Remove the meat from the marinade and season with a mixture of peppers. Fry the meat until golden brown to the required degree of frying.
