Pork kebab in vinegar


  • pork 500 g
  • onion 2 pcs.
  • vinegar 9%
  • sugar
  • salt


Step 1

We take a piece of pork, wash it, cut into medium pieces and put in a container.

Step 2

We clean the onion, cut into rings and put in a container with meat.

Step 3

Pour vinegar into the meat and onion container, add water, salt and sugar to taste. Mix all the ingredients carefully, cover the container with a lid and put in the refrigerator for 4 hours to marinate.

Step 4

We take skewers and string on them pieces of meat and onion rings. On each skewer we plant 4-5 pieces of pork.

Step 5

Kebabs are fried in a pan until a brown crust is formed on both sides. Spread the fried meat on skewers on a baking sheet.

Step 6

Cover the baking sheet with foil. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. We put a baking tray with barbecue in the oven for 10 minutes, so that the meat is cooked from the inside. Then the kebab can be served to the table.
