INGREDIENTS

  • Pork – 2 kg
  • Kikkoman Soy Sauce – 100 g
  • Onion – 1kg
  • Dry wine – 500 ml
  • Barbecue seasoning – to taste
  • Sunflower oil – 100 g
  • Salt to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Cut the meat into pieces 5×5 cm in size.

Cut the onion into rings. Fold in enameled dishes. Add Kikkoman soy sauce, wine and mix thoroughly. Add some Armenian spices. Mix everything thoroughly again. Put in a cold place for 10 hours.

Before cooking, in about 1-2 hours, add sunflower oil and mix.

10 minutes before sending to the grill, salt the meat to taste.

String the meat on a skewer, put it on the grill and fry, constantly rotating.
