Seafood and cherry skewers

INGREDIENTS

  • lean pork – 250 g
  • cherry tomatoes – 8 pcs.
  • apricots – 4 pcs.

For marinade:

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

For the marinade, chop the green onions, chili (removing the seeds and white partitions) and herbs, mix with the rest of the marinade ingredients.

Cut the apricots in half, remove the seeds, cut each half in half again. Dice meat with side 2-3 cm.

Put the meat in the marinade, leave for 15 minutes. On skewers string meat, tomatoes, apricots; grill 6-8 minutes constantly turning.

Transfer the prepared kebabs to a dish, pour over the remaining marinade.
