- 1.5 kg pork neck
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup honey mustard with grains
- 3 tbsp. l olive oil
- 2 tbsp. l brown sugar
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1.5 tbsp. l soy sauce
- freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cut the pork into medium cubes.
Mix apple juice and vinegar, mustard, sugar, olive oil and soy sauce for the marinade. Add finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Pour the skewers with marinade and leave for 4-12 hours.
Remove the meat from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking, it should warm to room temperature.
String the skewers on skewers and fry over the hot coals until tender, 15-18 minutes.
Serve the cooked kebab with greens and pita bread.
