- 1 kg of pork ribs with fat
- 50 g honey
- 100 ml of soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. l mustard
- tabasco optional
- freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Combine soy sauce, mustard and honey. Add tabasco and black pepper.
Cut the ribs one at a time, put in ziplock bags with clasps or in a plastic container, fill with marinade. Close, shake well and marinate at room temperature for 2 hours or in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Shake the ribs off the marinade and grill over the coals, often turning over, almost until done. Toast, brush with marinade,
to get a brown shiny glaze.
By the way
To get a nice even crust on the meat, add a little sugar or honey to the marinade.
