It happens that there is no way to get out into the countryside, but I really want to try barbecue, is that familiar? In this case, it can be prepared at home, using wooden skewers instead of skewers. Of course, the barbecue will be different from cooked at the stake, but home-made barbecue will still be fragrant and tasty.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cut the pork into equal slices of medium size. We beat the meat a little, and then transfer it to a deep container.
We cut onion rings, add to the meat.
In the same bowl we put mayonnaise, add spices and salt to taste, pour in table vinegar. Mix all the ingredients with gentle movements so that the onion rings remain intact. When all the ingredients are mixed, cover the container with a lid or film and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
We put wooden skewers in an oblong-shaped container and fill them with cold water. Leave them in the water for at least half an hour. When the meat is pickled, string it on skewers, alternating with onion rings.
Fry pork skewers in a pan from all sides until golden brown. Then put them on a baking dish and put in the oven for 10 minutes. The temperature should be 200 ° C.
Pork skewers are either served with a side dish, or as an independent dish with fresh vegetables and pita bread.
