If you want a sunny and bright kebab, I propose to cook such a kebab from pork marinated in lime juice with soy sauce, strung with rolls of cheese and boned in a golden mixture of spices with sesame seeds! Very fragrant, beautiful, gentle on taste fast-cooked kebab!
- pork – 600 g
- hard cheese – 50 g
- lime juice – 1 tsp.
- soy sauce – 1.5 tbsp. l
- a mixture of spices (paprika, parsley, marjoram, curry, sesame, turmeric, oregano) – 1/3 tbsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cut pork into plates, marinate in lime juice and soy sauce for 20-30 minutes. Put a slice of cheese on the pickled pork.
Roll up, string on skhmura or skewers (the latter need to be soaked in water for 15 minutes.)
Similarly roll up the remaining pieces of meat.
Pour spices onto the surface (I have a ready-made mixture, but you can also collect it yourself – adding or removing ingredients).
Roll the skewers in the mixture from all sides. Sprinkle with vegetable oil.
Cook on moderately hot coals, often turning over – 10-15 minutes.
Serve with herbs and vegetables!
