Pork skewers with cheese in a fragrant golden breading

If you want a sunny and bright kebab, I propose to cook such a kebab from pork marinated in lime juice with soy sauce, strung with rolls of cheese and boned in a golden mixture of spices with sesame seeds! Very fragrant, beautiful, gentle on taste fast-cooked kebab!

INGREDIENTS

  • pork – 600 g
  • hard cheese – 50 g
  • lime juice – 1 tsp.
  • soy sauce – 1.5 tbsp. l
  • a mixture of spices (paprika, parsley, marjoram, curry, sesame, turmeric, oregano) – 1/3 tbsp.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Spread a slice of cheese on the pickled pork

Cut pork into plates, marinate in lime juice and soy sauce for 20-30 minutes. Put a slice of cheese on the pickled pork.

Step 2

We turn meat into rolls

Roll up, string on skhmura or skewers (the latter need to be soaked in water for 15 minutes.)

Step 3

Making pork rolls with cheese

Similarly roll up the remaining pieces of meat.

Step 4

We prepare spices for pork skewers

Pour spices onto the surface (I have a ready-made mixture, but you can also collect it yourself – adding or removing ingredients).

Step 5

Bone kebabs in a fragrant golden breading

Roll the skewers in the mixture from all sides. Sprinkle with vegetable oil.

Step 6

Cooking pork skewers on the grill

Cook on moderately hot coals, often turning over – 10-15 minutes.

Step 7

Serve pork skewers in a fragrant golden breading with herbs

Serve with herbs and vegetables!
