- 2 large ripe tomatoes
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 pod of red bell pepper
- 1 burgundy onion
- 100 g olives (optimal calamata)
- a small head of lettuce
- 100 g feta cheese
- 5 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
- 1 tsp Vegeta Natur Ground Basil
- Vegeta Natur ground black pepper to taste
- 600 g pork
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp. l Vegeta Natur kebab seasonings
- 100 g of natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp. l dry white wine
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Peel the onion and cut into thick rings. Cut the meat in equal slices and put in a bowl. Add onion, Vegeta Natur kebab seasoning, yogurt, wine and olive oil and mix gently. Cover the bowl and marinate for 1-2 hours.
Shake off excess marinade and string meat tightly onto metal skewers. Cook on charcoal, often turning the barbecue over for about 20 minutes. Give a “rest” for 5 minutes. and serve with greek salad.
For salad, wash and dry the vegetables. Cut the pepper pod along half, remove the seeds and partitions, cut the halves into squares. Cut tomatoes into slices, cucumbers into circles. Salad leaves into small pieces with your hands. Crush the olives with the flat side of the knife and remove the seeds.
Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Beat olive oil, lemon juice and Vegeta Natur basil with a fork, season salad and mix gently. Season Vegeta Natur with black ground pepper, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and serve immediately to the barbecue.
