- 1 packet 20 g Vegeta Natur seasoning for fish
- 6 salmon steaks
- 4 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
- 500 g small champignons
- 500 g of cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp Vegeta Natur chopped dill
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- Vegeta Natur Ground black pepper – to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 lemon for decoration
- fresh herbs for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Put mushrooms and tomatoes in a bowl, sprinkle Vegeta Natur with dill, season Vegeta Natur with ground black pepper, salt, pour lemon juice and olive oil and leave for 20 minutes.
Wash the fish and pat dry with paper towels. Combine the Vegeta Natur fish seasoning with lemon juice and olive oil, mix and grease each steak on both sides. Leave on for 20 minutes.
String on skewers, alternating, champignons and cherry tomatoes and cook on coals, often turning the skewers, 10 minutes.
Spread the steaks on the wire rack and cook for 3-4 minutes. from each side. Serve steaks and barbecue, garnished with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
