INGREDIENTS

  • fresh cucumbers
  • 300 g of cooked rice
  • 800 g of beef fillet,
  • 300 g soy sauce
  • onions – 1 onion
  • 800 g chicken or fish
  • 100 g honey
  • 50 g fresh ginger

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Cut the fillet into small pieces, marinate with finely chopped ginger, soy sauce and honey for 15 minutes. String fillet slices on wooden sticks, fry kebab on all sides in a hot grill. Cut the onion into thin rings. Serve with rice and cucumbers, cut into small square pieces, garnish with onion rings.
