- eggplant – 1 pc.
- salt, black pepper
- strips of bacon – 200 g
- olive oil – 3 tbsp. l
- lemon – 1 pc.
- zucchini – 1 pc.
- white sea fish fillet – 500 g
- red and yellow bell peppers – 1 pc.
- peeled large shrimp – 200 g
- champignons – 150 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cut the fish into small pieces. Wrap 1 strip of fish and 1 shrimp in each strip of bacon. String on soaked for at least 30 minutes. in wooden skewers in cold water and grill for 10 minutes.
Remove the core from the peppers. Cut eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms and peppers in arbitrary pieces.
Grease vegetables with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and grill, 10 min. Cut the lemon into slices. Serve with lemon.
