Shanghai shrimp fish

INGREDIENTS

  • eggplant – 1 pc.
  • salt, black pepper
  • strips of bacon – 200 g
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp. l
  • lemon – 1 pc.
  • zucchini – 1 pc.
  • white sea fish fillet – 500 g
  • red and yellow bell peppers – 1 pc.
  • peeled large shrimp – 200 g
  • champignons – 150 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Cut the fish into small pieces. Wrap 1 strip of fish and 1 shrimp in each strip of bacon. String on soaked for at least 30 minutes. in wooden skewers in cold water and grill for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Remove the core from the peppers. Cut eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms and peppers in arbitrary pieces.

Step 3

Grease vegetables with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and grill, 10 min. Cut the lemon into slices. Serve with lemon.
