- chicken drumstick – 4 pcs.
- oregano – 1 tsp
- ginger – 1 tsp
- cayenne pepper – 1 tsp.
- olive oil – 2 tbsp. l
- soy sauce – 2 tbsp. l
- garlic clove – 2 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Shins, add finely chopped garlic, spices, soy sauce and oil.
Mix everything and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
