- Turkey fillet – 600 g
- Brussels sprouts (fresh or frozen) – 400 g
- Adjika not sharp – 2 tbsp. l
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l
- Breadcrumbs – 100 g
- Basil (dry) – to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Egg – 2 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cut the turkey meat into small cubes and marinate for several hours in a mixture of adjika with soy sauce. Hold Brussels sprouts, if frozen, hold until thawing at room temperature, if fresh, disassemble into inflorescences and wash.
Dip the cabbage inflorescences in eggs whipped with salt, then roll in breadcrumbs. String pieces of meat and cabbage alternately on metal skewers and bake in an air grill (you can also in the oven) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with any kebab sauce.
