INGREDIENTS

  • pork neck – 1 kg
  • Red sweet and black ground pepper – 1 sachet each
  • Onions – 1-2 pcs.
  • Lemon – 1/2 pcs.
  • Kikkoman Soy Sauce – 1 Bottle
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l
  • Dry oregano
  • Salt to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Pork cut into large pieces, pour marinade

Cut the meat into large cubes, and half the onion into 1 cm rings. Grate the remaining onion in a separate bowl, add kikkoman soy sauce, squeeze the lemon juice. Pour in mineral water, oil, add oregano and other spices.

Pour meat with marinade with onions and squeezed lemon halves. Stir, cover. Marinate for 2 hours.

Step 2

Barbecue

String pork with onions on skewers and fry over the coals until the meat is ready.

Mistress note

In the summer in the country I often cook barbecue according to my own recipe. All friends and relatives have already recognized my option for cooking meat on charcoal. Shish kebab is tender and juicy.
