Shish kebabs from turkey in soy-nut marinade, step by step recipe with photo


Step 1

Marinate turkey in soy sauce with peanut butter and orange juice

Cut the turkey fillet into portions, pour with freshly squeezed orange juice, peanut butter, peanut butter, soy sauce. Leave to marinate in a cool place for a couple of hours. In this recipe, I used Kikkoman’s naturally cooked sushi and sashimi sauce, it is versatile and goes well with fish, vegetables and chicken.

Step 2

Grind a mixture of peppers, sprinkle meat

Grind a mixture of peppers in a mortar, pepper each piece of turkey. For lovers of spicy dishes, you can add cayenne pepper.

Step 3

On skewers we string turkey fillet and tomato slices alternately

Soak the skewers in water, then string on them alternately slices of tomato and turkey fillet. The turkey fillet is diet lean, so I coated each piece with a mixture of nut and vegetable oil, which gave the meat an extra juiciness!

Step 4

Put skewers with meat on the foil and bake in the oven under the grill

Cover the baking sheet with foil and put the skewers, grill in the oven until cooked, do not forget to periodically turn the skewers and pour the allocated juice to avoid dry meat.

Step 5

Ready turkey kebabs in a soy-nut marinade served with herbs

Serve kebabs with fresh herbs. Bon Appetit!
