Shrimp and cod skewers

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 large raw shrimp
  • 400 g thick cod fillet or other white saltwater fish
  • freshly ground white and black pepper
  • 1.5 tbsp. l Dijon mustard
  • 2 cm fresh ginger root
  • 100 ml dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. l flower honey

Soak the wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes. Peel the ginger and grate. Squeeze the juice from grated ginger and mix with soy sauce, pepper, honey and mustard, mix until smooth.

Preheat the oven with grill to maximum. Put the skewers on greased foil, lay on the wire rack, bake under the grill, 5 minutes, and serve with boiled marinade as a sauce.
