INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg of shrimp
  • 1 tbsp. l rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
  • 50 g Kikkoman soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 30 g ginger root
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 tbsp. l sesame oil

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Peel and marinate shrimps

Prepare the marinade by mixing grated ginger, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper.
Shrimp clear of shell and intestinal vein. Pickle for a couple of hours.

Step 2

Grilled shrimp shrimp until cooked

Roast over coals for no more than 5 minutes
