Wash, dry, duck breasts, cut into cubes with a side of about 3 cm and put in a bowl. Peel and chop the garlic.
Combine garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar and tabasco. Pour the meat with the marinade obtained, mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Wash the quinces, dry, remove the seeds and cut into medium pieces. Pour with port and let it brew in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Soak wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes. Remove the breasts from the marinade (keep the marinade). String pieces of meat on wooden skewers, interspersing them with quince halves.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Fry kebabs in a pan on both sides, for 5 minutes, occasionally pouring them with marinade.
