It’s all for a picnic!
- mackerel fillet – 800 g
- bananas – 2-3 pcs.
- orange juice – 3 tbsp. l
- bacon – 100 g
- apples – 2 pcs.
- yogurt or sour cream – 150 g
- Kikkoman soy sauce – 3 tbsp. l
- butter – 50 g
- savory – 2 branches
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Mackerel fillet cut into strips approximately 4 cm wide.
Mackerel salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the peeled bananas into circles (the width of the circles should equal the width of the bacon) and pour over orange juice.
Put fish and bananas aside, make apple sauce. On a coarse grater, grate the peeled apples, and then passer them in butter.
Add yogurt or sour cream to apples plus Kikkoman soy sauce. Darken the sauce for 3 minutes.
Roll the fillet so that you get rolls. Wrap bananas in bacon and string on sticks, alternating with mackerel fillet.
Grill skewers for 10 minutes. Serve apple sauce to the prepared barbecue.
If you go outdoors, it is certainly better to cook the sauce at home. Although on the other hand you can bake apples in foil and just add yogurt and soy sauce to the pulp of an apple! And do not be afraid to try a banana with bacon and I will not be afraid of the word, almost with bacon! This is delicious.
