Shish kebab is not often prepared from lamb, but in vain. The lamb meat is delicate and delicate, moreover, it does not have such a pronounced smell as lamb. To make the lamb skewers more tender and aromatic, it can be pre-marinated.
- lamb – 1 kg
- onions – 2-3 pcs.
- sparkling drinking water – 100 ml
- vegetable oil – 100 ml
- coarse sea salt, pepper
- Satsebeli sauce and lavash for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cut the meat into slices of 50-60 g and put in a bowl. Add onions, salt, pepper, soda water and vegetable oil, sliced in half rings. Marinate for at least 6 hours.
Put marinated meat on skewers and fry on the grill until cooked.
Serve with satsebeli sauce and pita bread.
