Skewers of minced meat with vegetables, a step by step recipe with photos

Minced meat skewers with vegetables




  • chicken fillet 500 g
  • cherry tomatoes 6 pcs.
  • Bulgarian yellow pepper 1 pc.
  • lemon zest 1 tsp
  • turmeric 2 tsp
  • garlic 3 cloves
  • breadcrumbs 2 tbsp. l
  • olive oil 1 tbsp. l
  • salt and pepper to taste


Step 1

Finely chop the chicken fillet, add spices, garlic

Wash, dry and chop chicken fillet finely. Add turmeric, 1/2 part of garlic to it through a press, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, zest and 2 tsp of cold water.

Step 2

We mix the meat for the kebab well, remove the pickle

Mix the mass well, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Chop vegetables

Meanwhile, wash the peppers and tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes in half (you can also take a regular tomato, then it needs to be cut into slices). Remove the seeds and partitions from the pepper and cut into small squares.

Step 4

We form small cutlets from minced meat

To form small balls from the mass with wet hands.

We string meat balls and peppers with tomatoes on wooden skewers

On wooden skewers alternately string meat balls and peppers with tomatoes.

Step 6

Grill on all sides until browning

Mix the olive oil with the remaining garlic and grease the kebabs. Grill on all sides until browning over medium heat. Preparing very quickly, the main thing is not to overdry!

Step 7

Serve prepared kebabs of minced meat with vegetables on the table

Serving such a kebab is best with vegetable salad, herbs and light sauce.
