Skewers of mushrooms and fish



It’s all for a picnic!



  • Mushrooms – 400 g
  • Kikkoman Soy Sauce – 100 ml
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp. l
  • Thyme – 1 tsp
  • Rosemary – 1 tsp.
  • Salmon


Step 1

Cut fish for barbecue

Cut the fish into pieces.

Step 2

Cook marinade, mix soy sauce, olive oil and spices

Combine soy sauce, olive oil, dried herbs and lemon juice.

Step 3

Pickle fish

Pickle the fish. Pour mushrooms with soy sauce and let stand.

Step 4

String fish and mushrooms alternately on skewers

Skewer fish and mushrooms, alternating pieces. Fry over moderate heat for 7-12 minutes.

Step 5

Kebabs of mushrooms and fish fry over moderate heat

Serve hot with lemon and herbs. You can make yogurt sauce with yogurt, dill and garlic, or low-fat sour cream.

Step 6

Serve ready-made barbecue with lemon and herbs
