INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g salmon fillet
  • soy sauce
  • sesame seeds

Step 1

Cut the salmon fillet into cubes with a side of 2 cm. String on skewers. If the skewers are wooden, pre-soak them in water for 1 hour.
