INGREDIENTS

  • onions – 2 pcs.
  • lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • bacon
  • 600 g young potatoes
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • 100 g pickled garlic
  • salt
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil with spicy herbs
  • 200 g of mushrooms

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Peel, wash, pickle the mushrooms in a mixture of lemon juice and finely chopped garlic. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Cool and cut into suitable pieces. Peel and cut onions into 4 parts. Quarters cut in half and disassemble into scales. Peel and divide the garlic. Slices of bacon roll rolls.
 Grease skewers with vegetable oil and herbs. Alternately string garlic, potatoes, onions, mushrooms and bacon onto skewers.
Lubricate prepared kebabs with vegetable oil on all sides and pepper. Fry over coals for about 10 minutes, often turning over.
