  • pomegranate juice – 500 ml
  • Khmeli-suneli – 0.5 tsp.
  • black pepper – 0.5 tsp.
  • salt – to taste
  • Zira – a pinch
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE

Step 1

Meat cut into small pieces.
