Squid kebabs, step by step recipe with photo

Savory squid kebabs in oriental style will appeal to lovers of seafood. Fragrant, delicate, with a pleasant aroma of spices and crispy sesame seeds.

Squid kebabs


  • squid 3-4 pcs.
  • tiriyaki sauce 2 tbsp
  • garlic 1 clove
  • sesame oil 1 tbsp
  • green onion 1 sprig
  • lime 0.5 pcs.
  • sesame 1 pinch


Step 1

Wash squids, remove the insides, if any, and pour boiling water to get rid of the dark skin. Then you can just wash it off. Cut the squid into rings.
Peel the zest from lime and squeeze the juice, chop the garlic and onion.
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the squid rings for 30 minutes.

Put the squid rings on the skewer.

Fry kebabs for 1 minute on each side until golden barrels. Remember, from long cooking squids can become tough.
