STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces (3-4 cm).
Mix the orange juice, which is best prepared on your own, with ground pine nuts, then pour meat with this solution and let it marinate for 1.5 – 2 hours (quite enough).
Before cooking on charcoal, salt and pepper, but not earlier, because salt takes away the juice and the kebab becomes dry. Fry for 15-20 minutes.
